Our goal is to offer the best service as possible: Modern furnished apartments (approx. 47 square meter) with bath and balcony or terrace and weekly service (cleaning, towels, bedlinen). In each case two apartments share a fully furnished, roomy kitchen with daily service. Each apartment is equipped with telephone, ethernet and internet.

Our architecturally convincing flats (approx. 99 square meter, unfurnished) include four rooms, bathroom with shower and tube, second separate toilet, parquet (oiled and waxed) and tailes, balcony o. terrace, cellar, elevator in.
local situation
Our apartments blocks are located in quiet surrounding in the southeast part of the campus of the University of Bielefeld. They are conveniently placed as regards transport facilities. Likewise parts of the university of applied sciences Bielefeld are situated in the vicinity. In the neighborhood you will find a jogging path, a fitness center as well as a tennis club and the mountains of the Teutoburger Wald are suited very well for a hike.
